Prenatal Yoga
Find comfort and strength during pregnancy. We spend time learning skills for creating movement in the pelvis and engaging the deep core to support birthing. Breath and mindfulness will be key.

Postpartum Yoga
Reconnect with your body after giving birth. We focus on reintegrating the core and relieving tension in the chest and back from caring for your baby. Babies are welcome, as are non-birthing parents!

Private Sessions
Contact me to discuss 1:1 or small group sessions with loved ones. We can practice virtually, in your home, or in studio. I will tailor classes to your individual needs and create a yoga journey for your pregnancy and/or postpartum.
Build Community
Studio classes are structured to allow for time connecting with others. I welcome parents of all gender expressions and work to create a safe space. Please reach out with any questions.
